I had the best time painting this mural in the kids section at my favorite library! The little voices and oohhs and aahhs just melted my heart. Thank you Cathy and Lynn and the Mount Dora Community Trust for this amazingly fun project! Pat Dinizio, lead singer of the Smithereens and my friend, passed away yesterday. He was a total sweetheart, an amazing singer/guitarist/songwriter and genuine lover of goofy things. He commissioned me to paint murals inspired by the Addams Family in his house and mural backdrops for the Smithereens inspired by the backdrop mural from White Christmas and the album Attack of the Smithereens. I will miss your crazy laugh Pat! Peace
WT Bland Library had an official mural dedication and Butterfly Release party in the Gardens this past weekend. So proud to be a part of it!
